This is such a luxurious vintage Donna Karan genuine caiman crocodile belt in a beautiful light shade of pearlized creamy gold. This beautiful wide waist belt has a velcro closure at the center front and was made in Italy in the late 1980's or early 1990's. Labeled a size M, and we estimate this would best fit a modern day US size M or 28 waist.
