A dramatic necklace made in the Art Deco style. The onyx hoop is beautifully adorned with with a swooping, feather like design on the top, that is made in Sterling silver and bead set with Austrian crystals. Hanging from the bottom of the hoop is a black enamel chevron shaped piece, also in Sterling with Austrian crystals. The attached chain is 16 inches long. Made in the Netherlands.
